Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped ASAP. This usually means within 1-3 business days. Please allow 10-20 business days for your products to arrive.
We are happy to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If outside of North America and your country is not listed on the check out page, please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government duties, customs, import taxes and/or broker fees.
- Most orders are shipped by our main supplier out of Vancouver, BC, Canada via Canada Post. On occasion, if alternate shipping is required, a courier (Purolator or UPS) may be used. Tracking websites are listed below:

(*note that Canada Post does not track envelopes unless extra shipping is paid for the tracking service). If a tracking number is required, please state such in the message box during checkout or e-mail us immediately after placing your order and include your name and order number in the subject line of the e-mail.
- If you are outside of North America or having difficulty entering your shipping address, please contact us for a shipping quote to your address.
- Cisco Sewing Supplies & Notions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please direct shipping inquiries to Canada Post (or the applicable alternative shipping company) as once a package leaves the warehouse, the shipping company is responsible for it.
- Cisco Sewing Supplies & Notions will not mark down the value of your package or falsify customs information.
Some items may have shipping restrictions (ie. aerosol or flammable products, size or weight restrictions, etc.) If an item cannot be shipped to you for such reasons, you will be notified and refunded for affected item(s). Such items will be cancelled from your order.
Cisco Sewing Supplies & Notions normally does not back-order products. Back-ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order for a couple of days, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise together as possible, however, you will be notified via telephone/e-mail of significant delays.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are happily accepted for 45 days following your original order. Please note, return shipping is at your cost. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns however items must be in original packaging and condition in order to be accepted. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and further return instructions prior to returning products.
If products are received damaged, we are happy to replace them at no cost. In these cases, shipping for replacements is at our expense.
Cancellation of orders will be accepted up to 36 hours after the original order has been placed.
