Our warehouse is located in Vancouver, Canada.
What if the color of my item is different from the website?
Displaying colors accurately on a website is very difficult because every monitor displays them a bit differently. We do our best to show product colors on our site as accurately as possible, however, items may not be exactly the color your monitor displays. We do accept returns if the color is not what you expected.
It has been a week and my package hasn't arrived yet.
Remember we ship out of Vancouver, Canada. Packages go through customs at the border and they can delay delivery. Once packages leave the warehouse, they are in the hands of the shipping company. Please be patient and allow 5-10 business days for shipping within North America. Use your tracking number and the applicable website below to track your package.
